22 livestock farmers took part in the Tasting meeting on the 19th of October, 2015 at Swedish Taste in Stockholm, competing with 20 different types of produce. The tastings commenced with poultry, then continued on to pork and beef for the 15 chefs there. There was a consensus in regard to the considerable increase in quality for all three produce groups, and for the first time ever beef was awarded the title of Exceptional Produce for three products. »
